Which countries do you ship to?
Aula Inno generally offers shipping to most countries with Express Shipping and to many others with Standard Shipping. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on specific circumstances. When proceeding to checkout, the applicable shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
Note:
For certain regions and countries, including but not limited to Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka, only Express Shipping is available. This may be subject to change due to unforeseen events such as pandemics, wars, or similar disruptions.
How much does shipping cost?
Aula Inno provides two main shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping is free for most regions.

Express Shipping, handled by carriers like DHL Express or FedEx, ranges from $10 to $40 USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. For orders exceeding $500 USD, Express Shipping is free.*
*Free Express Shipping does not apply to certain products, such as Aula Inno keyboards.
Shipping charges do not include any import taxes or processing fees that may apply in your country. Aula Inno is not responsible for these fees. If you refuse to pay these charges, the two-way shipping fees will still be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the actual freight costs may exceed the shipping fee reflected in your order due to local taxes or other miscellaneous fees.
Standard Shipping via YunExpress includes taxes for some countries, but Aula Inno is not responsible for additional administrative or handling fees imposed by local couriers or customs. Please confirm these details with your local customs office.
For deliveries to remote areas, additional charges for Express Shipping may apply. Aula Inno will notify you of any extra costs if applicable. For further questions about shipping, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
How long does it take to receive an order after placing it?
For items in stock, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer to ship. Please consult with our team for more details.
Once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks but may extend to 1–2 months depending on your location and local customs procedures. Aula Inno cannot guarantee refunds due to such delays. If timing is a concern, we recommend upgrading to Express Shipping.
- Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3–10 days after dispatch.
Note:
Shipping timelines may be influenced by holidays, unexpected disruptions, or other uncontrollable factors.
Who is responsible for import taxes and customs fees?
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or processing fees applicable to their parcel.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, Aula Inno will only issue a refund after deducting the incurred shipping fees.
How can I get help with my order?
When you receive your package, confirm its contents and condition before signing for it. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to document the condition of the parcel and its contents.
For any issues such as missing or faulty items, please email our support team at support@aulainnovations.com. Ensure the email includes the following details:
- A clear subject line.
- Your order number and a description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the problem, including the parcel's shipping label.
If additional evidence is needed, our team will follow up with you. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as applicable. In cases of incorrect products, Aula Inno reserves the right to request a return of the incorrect item.
How can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed by our warehouse.
Please note that our support team may not be available during weekends or non-working days. If you need to cancel or adjust your order urgently, please contact us at support@aulainnovations or via the website chat. Changes will be accommodated if feasible.
Do I get tracking details for my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, a tracking email will be sent, allowing you to monitor your shipment online. If you do not receive these emails or encounter tracking issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
What shipping companies do you use?
Aula Inno partners with trusted logistics providers, including 4PX, UBI, SF Express, YunExpress, BTY, FedEx, and DHL Express.
Warranty, Refund & Support Policy
Aula Inno provides warranty coverage for orders placed through our website:
- 1-year warranty for keyboards, DIY kits, keycap sets, and cases (e.g., standalone cases).
- 3-month warranty for batteries.
Products purchased through other platforms (e.g., AliExpress, Amazon, or local dealers) are subject to the warranty terms of the respective platform.
The warranty excludes consumables and accessories such as cables, keycap pullers, and free spare keycaps. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, or improper handling is also not covered.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return non-customized, non-sale items within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customized products, sale items, and accessories are excluded from this policy. Return shipping, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
For damaged or faulty items upon delivery, contact support@aulainnovations within 30 days with proof of the issue (e.g., photos, videos). For factory defects, Aula Inno will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
How do I return items?
For customers in supported countries, Aula Inno will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Outside these regions, customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Return requests must be verified, and tracking details provided within 10 days to maintain eligibility.
